Jolie was the builder’s agent for my new house. We spent a lot of time together selecting a lot, house model and options. I had many questions during the selection and building processes; she always responded quickly to my phone calls and e-mails.

Kelly is such an awesome realtor! She was so sweet and patient with us throughout the whole process. Buying our first house was so exciting and scary but Kelly helped make the process so easy. I’m so thankful we had Kelly to walk us through the whole process. She was always there when we had questions and always went above and beyond for us (even while being pregnant!) Jolie Ferrier was our agent with a purchase in 2013 and a sale in 2014. Ms. Ferrier kept us informed, helped with the mound of paperwork that goes with a purchase and a sale. Jolie was awesome!!  I had only a few weeks to find a place to live during my transfer to Charlotte.
