We first started working with Kelli Enos when we moved from Matthews, NC to Florida. She helped get renters into our house within just a couple of weeks. She took care of all of the legalities, background & credit checks, etc… All I had to do was sign the contracts. Jolie Ferrier took over our account shortly thereafter and has done a wonderful job for us. We just went through a change in renters. Jolie was there time & time again for showings, to meet contractors at the house for estimates and to get repairs/painting/carpeting done. She kept us up to date on everything throughout the process.
